Payments and Booking Policy

1. Purpose of Payment

By proceeding with payment through the designated online link, the payer acknowledges that the payment is made for the purpose of chartering a private aircraft or acquiring a service provided by the Company.
All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the signed charter Booking Request.

Third parties making a payment on behalf of the primary beneficiary may not claim ignorance of the payment purpose or request a refund under any circumstances.

2. Definitions

Client: Refers to the individual or entity making the booking and signing the charter agreement, thereby accepting all general terms and specific conditions outlined therein.

3. Modifications and Cancellations

Any request to modify or cancel a booking is subject to the terms and applicable fees detailed in the signed booking request.

A booking may be considered cancelled in the following cases:

  • If the client decide to cancel it.

  • Failure to complete full payment within the specified timeframe as outlined in the agreement.

  • Lack of response to official communications or reminders from the Company.

  • Failure to show up at the agreed departure time.

Flight permits will only be requested from relevant authorities once full payment is received. If permits are denied due to circumstances beyond the operator's control (e.g. delayed payment, visa issues, or non-compliance with entry regulations), the Company reserves the right to apply cancellation policies or charge relevant fees, as stated in the agreement.

4. General Terms

Any changes to flight times, dates, destinations, or the confirmed itinerary may be treated as cancellations unless otherwise agreed in writing, and shall be subject to the applicable fees outlined in the signed agreement.

Quoted prices do not include additional services or costs such as itinerary changes, de-icing, fuel surcharges, war risk insurance, VIP catering, rerouting, extra landings, or extended ground time unless explicitly included in the quote.

Passengers must be present at the airport at the scheduled time. Delays may incur additional charges as stated in the agreement.

The Company reserves the right to change the aircraft type in the event of technical or operational unavailability, with no obligation for compensation. Alternative solutions may be offered.

Passengers are solely responsible for complying with entry and exit requirements, including valid passports, visas, and vaccination certificates. The Company and its operators accept no responsibility for any failure to meet such requirements.

All communication with the operator must be conducted through the Company unless prior written authorization is granted.

In the case of force majeure (such as war, civil unrest, strikes, quarantine, or adverse weather conditions), the Company and the operator reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reroute the flight without liability, subject to the terms of the signed agreement.

5. Medical and Legal Responsibility

The client is responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that may impact flight safety. Failure to disclose may result in additional charges, as specified in the charter agreement.

All luggage and cargo must comply with applicable laws and may not contain restricted or hazardous materials. Any violation may result in legal or financial consequences. The Company reserves the right to refuse transportation of any suspected or non-compliant items.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising in connection with the charter service shall be governed under the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
